Microsoft China headquarters put forward the concept of green office space, and all the veneering of more than 3,000 desks were changed into dasso bamboo material with strict requirements: panel weight should be only half-ton per cubic meter, while the original weight of one cubic meter bamboo is 0.6-0.8 tons. Also, it was required that when more than 90 kilograms of heavy objects are located, subsiding rate should not exceed 0.8%.

When the heavy objects were removed, the panel should recover to its original form without fracture. dasso chose cellular panel, thus controlling the weight pre-unit volume, while giving full play to the bamboo characteristics of stability.
